The Blue Rhino® story began in 1994 with founder Billy Prim's goal of building a national brand of propane tank exchange that would capitalize on the growth in gas grill sales and year-round grilling. While safer and more convenient than refill, tank exchange represented a small percentage of the market at the time and was viewed as a commodity service. Blue Rhino has dramatically changed both those industry dynamics.
Standard shipping is via UPS Ground. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 - 8 business days from the time of order. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment.
Express shipping is via UPS. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 3-5 business days from the time of order. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm.
A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box.
If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not be left without a signature on file.
Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
